BBR partner Kaleb Judy obtained the dismissal of a harassment and discrimination lawsuit against his Bakersfield-based client after a devastating deposition of the claimant showed numerous inconsistencies and misrepresentations about the case.   The misrepresentations uncovered by Mr. Judy at the deposition left no choice but for the plaintiff former employee to dismiss his claims.
