Ariba Siddiqui

 Ariba Siddiqui focuses her practice on employment litigation. She was admitted to the California State Bar in May 2025 after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in May 2024. During law school, Ariba served in multiple editorial roles with the USF Law Review and the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Journal and received the CALI Award for IP Survey. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an immigration attorney and law clerk with Sadiq Law Group, where she managed a diverse caseload and gained experience in employment-related matters including discrimination claims and EEOC filings. She also served as a judicial extern with the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, where she drafted legal memoranda and proposed rulings adopted by the court. Ariba is a member of the Kern County Bar Association and is committed to providing thoughtful, diligent advocacy for employers navigating workplace disputes.
