Todd Egland

Todd Egland has over 20 years of experience and focuses his practice on business, commercial, and bankruptcy litigation before federal and state courts. Todd obtained his law degree in 2005 from Washington & Lee University School of Law where he was the editor-in-chief of the Environmental Law Digest and executive editor of the Capital Defense Journal. He holds a B.A. degree in political science with a minor in communications from the University of Washington with dean’s list honors.

Before his legal career, Todd spent five years as a technical designer for the Boeing Company in Everett, Washington, where he was involved in the design of the electrical system for the 747-400 passenger jet and was a member of the team responsible for designing the improved cockpit safety door for all models of Boeing commercial jets.  Todd has been a member of the California state bar since 2005, and the Washington state bar since 2015.  He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California and Washington.
