Katy Raytis focuses her practice on helping employers stay compliant with ever-changing employment law requirements. Katy regularly represents and counsels clients on matters related to wage and hour, leaves of absence, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and other compliance issues. Katy has extensive experience handling administrative claims and has actively participated in defending employment-related lawsuits, including class action and PAGA claims. As an employer herself, Katy understands the difficulties that California employers face with regard to ever-changing legal requirements.
