T. Scott Belden is a founding member of Belden Blaine Raytis, LLP, joining the firm after 17 years at a mid-sized Bakersfield business and commercial firm, including a three year term as the firm's Managing Partner. Scott's practice encompasses all aspects of business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on management-side employment litigation. Scott's litigation experience has included management, resolution, and trial of complex business, employment, oil and gas, agricultural, partnership, and environmental disputes in state and federal courts throughout California.

In every engagement, Scott is committed to creatively analyzing the case and working with the client to fashion a litigation plan that meets the client's goals and resolves the matter in the most efficient, cost effective manner possible.
