Viviano Aguilar focuses his practice on litigation, bringing extensive experience to all phases of the process. After graduating from Tehachapi High School, Viviano earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He has successfully navigated a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including employment, trade secret, ADA, and business cases, in both state and federal courts throughout California. As a dedicated and strategic advocate for his clients, Viviano is also a key member of the firm’s wage and hour class-action defense division. He has extensive experience representing employers before various administrative law courts, such as the DLSE (“Labor Commissioner”), WCAB, and OSHAB. Viviano is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
