Updated Coronavirus Documents

In an effort to help you stay current on legislative changes in response to the Covid-19 outbreak, attached please find two documents with additional information on the federal expansion of the FMLA and the new federal Paid Sick Leave statute that were issued by the federal Department of Labor early this morning. We are currently researching and developing a template for requesting a waiver of these provisions for eligible companies with fewer than 50 employees.
