BBR partner Scott Belden was recently appointed the Executive Officer of the State Military Reserve’s Legal Support Command. Mr. Belden, a Lieutenant Colonel in the SMR JAG Corps, was previously responsible for the coordination of legal support to California National Guard soldiers and airmen.  In his new capacity, LTC Belden is responsible for the day to day operations of the Legal Support Command.
