Lions and tigers and FMLA, CFRA, PFL, FEHA, EEOC, PDL, and “disability” OH MY! What are your obligations when an employee gives you a doctor’s note “putting them off work.”  This seminar will discuss an employer’s rights and responsibilities regarding leaves of absence, “reasonable accommodation”, and continued benefits when notified of an employee’s medical condition.
