Governor Jerry Brown recently signed new legislation that will significantly impact California employers beginning in 2018.  Among those new laws are a prohibition against seeking prior salary history, expanded “new parent” leave rights, “Ban the Box” legislation, and California’s new “Sanctuary State” requirements.  Join us for an overview of these new laws and a discussion of the changes that will be required before the new year.
