Daniel M. Root

Daniel was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. Upon graduation from Garces Memorial High School in 2008, Daniel attended the University of San Diego where he graduated in 2012 with a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Leadership Studies.

In the Fall of 2013, Daniel began his legal studies at the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law located in Sacramento, California. While at McGeorge School of Law, Daniel was a Primary and Staff Editor for the University of Pacific Law Review, receiving awards for his involvement with the law journal. Daniel was also involved in the Administrative Law Clinic and other various clubs on campus. Also, prior to graduation from McGeorge School of Law, Daniel interned for the Kern County District Attorney’s Office and Clifford and Brown during each of his summers, respectively.

In May of 2016, Daniel graduated from McGeorge School of Law, receiving concentrations in Business Law and Environmental Law.

Daniel has garnered a well-rounded, diverse practice in multiple areas of law.  Daniel has been involved in several successful projects for his clients, and takes pride in placing his clients first in order to promote their success and satisfaction.

Daniel is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast, as well as enjoys snowboarding, traveling, movies, and music. He is proud of his Italian and Basque heritage.  He looks to continuing his career in and giving back to the community where he grew up.
